A top White House physician's drinking has caught up with him. That's the word the US Public Interest Media blog Ruling America uses to name "Rep. Ronniejack", after a Republican with an extremely bad name whose conduct makes ethics investigations against Congress' own top-members in 2009 so necessary. And Ruling America points readers this one up (in fact this guy does not deserve the honor by the time Congress votes tomorrow about removing me from any investigation) for "this guy Ronnikson has clearly violated rules" on public statements of "his official duties":
